On July 4th, a naturalization ceremony was held in front of the old court house in downtown Northampton. The ceremony featured speakers from the city of Northampton as well as music performed by guest speaker Evelyn Harris. The ceremony was facilitated in part by the Center for New Americans who make it their mission to help ease the process of naturalization though helping individuals apply for citizenship.
