On May 25th, NCTV FlipCam was taping the demo of the Mobil Station in the center of Florence. Many passers-by stopped to check it out. Among them, City Councilor Gene Tacey, who was sporting a Florence 01062 T-shirt. He explains that the proceeds from their sale is going to refurbish the long dormant fountain in Trinity Park. Tacey expects the work to be complete by Labor Day.
