Fund the Foundation is a program designed to create crucial support for the work of Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity. Fund the Foundation establishes the essential first round of funds for home building projects in Hampshire and Franklin Counties. Florence Savings Bank presented the first Fund the Foundation contribution October 30, 2015, at Pioneer Valley Habitat’s Hathaway Farm building site in Amherst, Massachusetts. This site and building plans were carefully crafted to make the most of the its storied past and Amherst’s conservation restrictions.
