Runner Dr. Clayton talks about how important the “dog park” is to runners at a public meeting at Smith Vocational. The 282-acre parcel of land is legally set aside for agricultural use but has become an important recreational area in Northampton. The land lease is up for review and some city and state officials propose changing the way the land is used.
